What was the problem?

The BSH wanted to produce a high-quality slicer for a relatively low price and decided to develop a new product. As they were familiar with our experience and knowledge, they contacted us.

Problems with their old product:

• low functionality,
• unpleasant appearance,
• high price.

What was our solution?

We developed the complete technology for the plate of the electric meat slicer.

The original product was made of cast aluminum, mechanically treated and dyed with imitation aluminum color.

We decided to use an extruded aluminum profile.

We adapted the mechanical treatment to client‘s assembly demands.

We anodized the product instead of dying it, which gave it a very original appearance.

What are the benefits for the BSH?

• The appearance of the product is substantially better and as a result its added value is increased;
• better functionality lowered the number of connected elements, which means faster assembly and easier operation;
