How did a small cooperation with the BSH company develop into an extensive project?

Problems with the supplier

The BSH company had problems with their supplier of aluminum products. The problem occurred with the quality of anodizing that was unsatisfactory.

The consequences were: interrupted production, a lot of waste and several other problems.

Employees of the Gabrijel AS company used their knowledge and innovative approach and prepared new samples that the BSH was extremely satisfied with.

We signed an agreement and the BSH started conveying raw products from their supplier to us. We anodized them and the BSH used them in their production.

Despite high transportation costs we cooperated for six months, until their supplier solved his problems.

How we replaced the supplier of semi-products?

After a half-year break, the BSH came to us with a new problem. Their supplier of semi-products could meet neither the quality requirements nor the delivery dates.

As our cooperation in anodizing was very successful, they invited us to replace their current supplier.

We solved their production problems with new, innovative tools that ensured the 100% quality. We also never had problems with the delivery dates.

The BSH company substantially lowered the costs that they had due to low quality and failure to meet the delivery dates.

As we met and even beat all the expectations of the BSH company, we are still their supplier of these products today.

Porsche Design 2

Since our cooperation was very successful, a third project was also developed. This was an extensive and a very demanding project called Porsche Design 2.

For this project, the BSH could have chosen the former supplier that had had experience in producing the first series of the Porsche Design, but due to our advantages they chose our company.

We still cooperate in producing this prestigious line of products.
