Anodizing - excellent protection against corrosion and wear
We provide surface treatment of aluminum products of
dimensions up to 400x1200x4500.
Innovative solutions enable us to select the color of
anodized surface that you desire.
This surface treatment oxidizes the top layer of the aluminum,
which is then compact and hard and is well-balanced with the basic material. The
oxidized layer ensures excellent protection of aluminum against corrosion and wear.
By choosing different kinds of electrolytes, types of current and
parameters, we can produce oxidized layers with very different characteristics and can
meet different needs.
Alu-Spectral - Technological Innovation
Alu-Spectral is a new process for electrolytic coloring of aluminium during the anodic oxydation process. Electolytic coloring is the preferred
surface treatment solution for aluminium parts if you like to combine the mechanical and corrosion advantages provided by the oxide layer
with a metal effect look of the aluminium part itself. Through Interference Coloring in a Three-Step Coloring Process it is in general possible
to produce a much wider range of attractive colors with a metal character.
Alu-Spectral enables BLUE, GREY and GREEN colour variations to be reproduced.
In addition to well-known bronze tones, Alu-Spectral offers a virtually infinite variety of customer-specific colour tones and trends.

What types of aluminum can be anodized?
Almost all aluminum alloys can be anodized.
The final appearance, color, shine and characteristics of the
oxidized layer (hardness, wear resistance etc.) depend on the basic alloy material,
the pretreatment, anodizing process parameters and thickness of the
oxidized layer.
We also provide hard coat anodizing that protects the aluminum
against wear and corrosion by forming a ceramic-like layer.
