Mechanical surface treatment
In this area we offer our clients the following services:
1. Profile cutting
We provide cutting of aluminum profiles up to the
length of 6000 mm with +/-0.1 mm tolerance. Our saw has an automatic feeder and
cutter, which means greater efficiency and less waste.
2. Compressing
The compressing is done with a hydraulic press (150T) and an
eccentric press (35T).
3. Milling
The milling is done on the most modern MORI SEIKI milling
machines with four axes and other CNC machines.
The Motoman Robotec serving robots take care of perfection.
The MORI SEIKI NH 4000 DCG horizontal machining center is intended for
demanding machining and uninterrupted activity.
The DCG technology enables excellent axis responsiveness (up to 1.19G) and speed
(50 m/min), and tough construction of the machine ensures smaller tool wear and
better quality of surface.
The NH 4000 DCG is, comparing to the previous generation of
horizontal machines, up to 20% faster at the same machining parameters, which means
saving of time and money. The dimensions of work pieces are up to 450*450*3000.
4. Welding
With the CNC controlled welding center of the most prominent
manufacturer HBS, we can weld various items, elements, screws, bolts and nuts onto
your products, with the precision of +/-0,2 mm.
5. Buffing
Our Motoman Robotec buffing machines with the quality of
precision and reproducibility ensure flawless appearance of products.
6. Brushing
To satisfy the principles of greater machine flexibility and
trend changing, we, together with our supplier, developed and patented a machine for
buffing, glazing and brushing of products up to 2500 mm long and 600 mm wide.
7. Tampoprint
On the modern Tampoprint DUO 130 machine we perform two-sided
printing with the help of blocks size 100*200 mm.
